Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  1. § That a portion of the Public Ground Number 52, located in Crippen Creek in Accomack County, as shown on Atlantic Coast Chart No. 26, Public Oyster Grounds State of Virginia 1895, shall no longer be a part of the natural oyster rocks, beds, and shoals of the waters of this Commonwealth and shall henceforth be assignable to any person for lawful private usage. The portion to be removed is described as follows:

Beginning at a point located in the waters of Crippen Creek, Virginia State Plane Coordinate System NAD83, and described as corner 1 of the Baylor Survey coordinates North 3812104.40 East 12329338.47; thence S4°50'23"W 34.96 feet to corner 2 North 3812069.56 East 12329335.52; thence S36°20'35"W 58.30 feet to corner 3 North 3812022.60 East 12329300.97; thence S31°22'22"W 47.33 feet to corner 4 North 3811982.19 East 12329276.33; thence S28°44'59"W 85.76 feet to corner 5 North 3811907.00 East 12329235.08; thence S24°47'39"W 40.21 feet to corner 6 North 3811870.49 East 12329218.22; thence N57°18'09"W 34.34 feet to corner 7 North 3811889.04 East 12329189.32; thence N30°27'48"E 123.07 feet to corner 8 North 3811995.12 East 12329251.71; thence N26°21'07"E 51.73 feet to corner 9 North 3812041.47 East 12329274.67; thence N25°51'54"E 75.39 feet to corner 10 North 3812109.31 East 12329307.56; thence S80°57'39"E 31.10 feet to corner 1 North 3812104.40 East 12329338.47, and containing an area of 0.19 acres.
