CHAPTER 506 An Act to require the Department of Medical Assistance Services to increase the maximum allowable earnings for individuals participating in the Medicaid Works program. [H 2384] Approved March 24, 2011

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That the Department of Medical Assistances Services shall increase the maximum allowable gross earnings for individuals participating in the Medicaid Works program established pursuant to § 1902(a)(10)(A)(ii)(XV) of the Social Security Act to the maximum gross income amount allowed by the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (P.L. 106-170) that does not trigger collection of mandatory premiums.
