CHAPTER 488 An Act to permit the Town of Coeburn to waive or refund certain penalties and interest on taxes. [H 2171] Approved March 24, 2011

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  § 1. That the Town of Coeburn may waive the interest and penalties on real and personal property taxes for all tax years beginning prior to January 1, 2009, provided that the taxes are paid during the period October 1, 2009, through December 31, 2011. The Town may also refund the interest and penalties on real and personal property taxes, provided that the interest and penalties are paid during the period October 1, 2009, through December 31, 2011.
