CHAPTER 429 An Act to repeal § 56-51.1 of the Code of Virginia, relating to donation of capital stock of turnpike or ferry corporations to the Commonwealth Transportation Board or political subdivisions. [S 895] Approved March 24, 2011

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 56-51.1 of the Code of Virginia is repealed.
