CHAPTER 311 An Act to amend and reenact the third enactment of Chapters 16 and 163 of the Acts of Assembly of 2006, relating to removal of mercury switches in motor vehicles. [S 793] Approved March 21, 2011

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That the third enactment of Chapter 16 of the Acts of Assembly of 2006 is amended and reenacted as follows:

3. That the provisions of this act shall expire on July 1, 2012 2015.
