In furtherance of the intent of Item C-113.05 of Chapter 872 of the 2010 Acts of Assembly (New Construction: Construct New Headquarters Facility (17783)), this project may be financed through a capital lease agreement; or alternatively, the Virginia Public Building Authority, pursuant to Section 2.2-2264 of the Code of Virginia, is hereby authorized to issue revenue bonds in an amount not to exceed $10,000,000 plus amounts to fund related issuance costs, reserve funds, and other financing expense.
