A. This appropriation from the general fund shall be in addition to
any appropriation from nongeneral funds, notwithstanding any contrary
provisions in this act.
B. Out of this appropriation, $50,000 and two positions the first
year and $50,000 and two positions the second year from the general fund shall
be provided to support the Danville Science Center in Danville, Virginia.
