1. Line 59, introduced, after 10 percent
strike
the remainder of line 59 and all of lines 60 through 65
insert
of the amount of the bond. A licensed bail bondsman shall not finance a bail bond premium.
For the purposes of this section, a bail bond premium is defined as the amount of money paid to a licensed bail bondsman for the execution of a bail bond.
