SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; costs incurred resulting from tort claims brought against the Commonwealth and localities; report. Directs the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission to study the costs incurred by the Commonwealth and localities resulting from tort claims brought against such entities. This resolution is a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference.
