SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Corporate income tax; rate reduction for small businesses. Reduces the corporate income tax rate from six percent to 5.4 percent for small businesses, which are businesses defined as having 250 or fewer employees. The bill also requires the Governor to appoint a special Small Business Job Growth Commission to identify and make recommendations to remove state barriers for business formation and investment by November 1, 2010.
