SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Commercial driver's license; disqualification. Provides that the Commissioner shall disqualify for a period of five years any person convicted of voluntary or involuntary manslaughter, where the death occurred as a direct result of the operation of a commercial motor vehicle.
