Health care data and reporting. Requires the Department of Health to take steps to increase public awareness of data and information related to health care quality that is available through a website maintained by a nonprofit organization with which the Department has entered into a contract, and to provide guidance regarding how such data and information can be used to inform decisions about health care providers and services.
