SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Anti-prostitution community service program for first offenders. Requires the court to condition any suspended sentence for a first offense of soliciting a prostitute on participation in an anti-prostitution community service program if such a program has been established locally. The cost of the program is paid by the defendant.
