SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Distribution of handbills, etc., solicitation of contributions, and sale of merchandise on highways. Grants Chesterfield County the power to regulate and prohibit distribution of handbills, leaflets, bulletins, etc., the solicitation of contributions, and the sale of merchandise on highways located within its boundaries and on public roadways and medians. This bill was incorporated into HB 350.
