SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Provisional driver's license; passenger restrictions. Provides that the holder of a provisional driver's license may transport up to three children under the age of 15, provided the driver has written permission from a parent or guardian, the driving takes place during daylight hours, and driving the children is work-related.
