SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Health benefits plans providing coverage for treatment of autism spectrum disorder offered by foreign health insurers. Authorizes a foreign health insurer to sell to persons in Virginia a health benefits plan providing coverage for treatment for autism spectrum disorder if the insurer offers a health benefits plan with substantially identical coverage for treatment for autism spectrum disorder in its domiciliary state.
