SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
State active military duty; health care coverage; insurance. Allows a member of the Virginia National Guard called to state active duty by the Governor to continue his health care coverage, life insurance, or long-term care insurance, at the member's expense. This bill is identical to SB 613.
