SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Individual income tax; long-term care insurance tax credit. Doubles the amount of the credit an individual can take for long-term care insurance from 15 percent to 30 percent of the amount of the premium paid for such insurance, for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2012.
