SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Special species fishing license. Requires the Board of Game and Inland Fisheries and the Marine Resources Commission to establish a special fishing license to catch or take those species of fish that are a threat to the viability of other fisheries, or may have a significant ecological or economic impact.
