SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Regulation of private and out-of-state institutions of higher education; exemptions. Clarifies that the definition of "vocational" shall not include instructional programs intended solely for recreation, enjoyment, personal interest, or as a hobby, or courses or programs that prepare individuals to teach such pursuits. This bill is identical to HB 703 (Bulova).
