SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Virginia Public Procurement Act; exemptions; dogs trained for police work. Provides that locality may sell any dog specially trained for police work to the handler who was last in control of such dog, at a price deemed by the locality to be appropriate. Such sale shall not be deemed a violation of the State and Local Government Conflict of Interests Act.
