SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:

Charter; Town of Vinton.  Amends the charter for the town of Vinton by requiring the town to follow the general law regarding filling council vacancies.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charter; Town of Vinton.  Amends the charter for the town of Vinton by changing the number of days that vacancies on the council shall be filled from within 30 days of when the vacancy occurs to within 45 days of when the vacancy occurs.
