SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION: (all summaries)
Officers of election; training. Provides that the State Board of Elections shall require certification that officers of election have been trained consistent with the training standards set by the Board. Such certification shall be submitted by the local electoral board each year before the November general election. The bill also provides that each local electoral board shall certify that such training has been conducted every four years.
