Government Data Collection and Dissemination Practices Act; workforce and education program evaluation and policy analysis. Provides for certain agencies to share encrypted (de-identified) data to create one-time restricted-use data sets in order to evaluate postsecondary and career readiness programs, pursuant to specified requirements.
