SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Duty of care; flying fields and landing areas.  Exempts owners of privately owned flying fields and landing areas used for operating aircraft or ultralight vehicles from any duty of care to keep the premises safe for entry or use by others if the landowner does not charge a fee to use his property.
