SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Limited English proficient students; assessment. Provides that local school divisions may administer a locally developed or selected limited English proficiency assessment mandated for students pursuant to the federal No Child Left Behind Act, so long as such assessment has been approved by the Board of Education.
