SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Retention of absentee ballot applications.  Provides that the general registrar may retain all absentee ballot applications until the electoral board has ascertained the results of the election, and has determined the validity of and counted all provisional ballots, before delivering such applications to the clerk of the circuit court. Currently, such applications must be delivered to the clerk before noon on the day following the election.
