SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Motor vehicle dealers; demonstrator vehicles; damaged vehicles; vehicle history reports; vehicle buyer's orders. Establishes conditions under which dealers may sell damaged vehicles and demonstrator vehicles. The bill also specifies when dealers must supply buyers with vehicle history information.  This bill is identical to HB 1269.
