SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Fishing license exemption.  Exempts active duty military personnel who are residents and on leave from having to obtain a basic fishing license so long as they can show proof that they are on leave. Such an exemption does not extend to such persons to fish in waters stocked with trout.
