SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Local school boards; disciplinary authority. Allows local school boards to authorize a principal to immediately send a student who is the subject of a petition alleging that he has committed certain offenses involving intentional injury of another student at the same school to an alternative education program or another school for a 10-day period.
