SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Community Integration Advisory Commission. Extends the sunset for the Community Integration Advisory Commission from July 1, 2010, to July 1, 2014. The bill also changes the responsibility for staff support from the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities to the Department of Rehabilitative Services.
