SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Consumer Protection Act; religious bodies.  Provides that any transaction that involves the advertisement, sale, lease, or license, or the offering for sale, lease or license, of goods or services to a church or other religious body constitutes a "consumer transaction" for purposes of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act.
