SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Daily reports of pawnbrokers. Authorizes any local governing body to enact an ordinance requiring a pawnbroker to maintain and file a daily report electronically through the use of a disk, electronic transmission, or any other electronic means of reporting approved by a law-enforcement officer. Currently, such authorization is limited to any town with a population between 13,000 and 14,000 (Front Royal).
