SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; Department of Health Professions; access to health care and health care professions in Southwest Virginia; report. Requests the Department of Health Professions to study current access to health care and health care professionals in Southwest Virginia, the need for increased access to health care and additional health care professionals in the region, and methods to increase the number of health care professionals and access to health care in the region. This bill has been incorporated into HJR 124 (Kilgore).
