Commending the "Richmond 34" on the fiftieth anniversary of the Thalhimers Department Store Lunch Counter Sit-In.  Commends the "Richmond 34" on the fiftieth anniversary of the Thalhimers Department Store Lunch Counter Sit-In, a historic event in the history of the Civil Rights Movement, when 34 Virginia Union University students were arrested for protesting racial discrimination and Jim Crow laws.
