Designating the Virginia Rail Heritage Region in the Commonwealth. Designates the Virginia Rail Heritage Region in the Commonwealth, consisting of the Counties of Allegheny, Amherst, Bedford, Botetourt, Campbell, and Roanoke, and the Cities of Bedford, Covington, Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Salem, as well as the Towns of Buchanan, Clifton Forge, Troutville, Amherst, Iron Gate, and Vinton.
