SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Contributions of Philanthropy. Recognizes the importance of philanthropy and its contributions to the Commonwealth. This resolution also recognizes the generosity of philanthropic organizations and private individuals and encourages the General Assembly to promote laws and policies to facilitate the creation and protect the work of philanthropies. This resolution is identical to SJR 164.
