Recognition of the Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Tribe.  Extends state recognition of the Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Tribe of Southampton County, Virginia and grants the Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Tribe of Southampton County, Virginia representation on the Virginia Council of Indians.
