Study; feasibility of developing a standard software package for local governments; report. Requests the Secretary of Technology to study the feasibility of developing a standard software package for local governments. The Secretary of Technology shall also study the feasibility of identifying, developing, and customizing software applications that will improve the administration and operation of local programs and services, while providing cost savings.
