SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Income tax; deduction for military retirement pay.  Grants a deduction when calculating Virginia taxable income for military retirement pay for service in the Armed Forces of the United States for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 2010.  To the extent the age deduction is taken, this deduction will not be allowed.
