SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; disposition of cases.  Provides that if the Senate or House Ethics Advisory Panel refers a case to the member's respective house based on the conclusion that the member has violated § 30-108 (failing to disqualify himself from taking part in an official action of the General Assembly on a matter in which he has a personal interest) or subsection C of § 30-110 (failing to disclose such personal interest), and the respective house determines that such a violation was made knowingly, the house shall refer the matter to the Attorney General for possible prosecution.
