SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Computer Crimes Act; definition of computer and computer network. Amends the definition of "computer" by adding cellular phones and other wireless telecommunications devices to the definition. The bill also clarifies that wired or wireless networks fall within the definition of "computer network."
