SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Electronic filing in civil or criminal actions.  Allows the clerks of the circuit courts within the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit to establish electronic filing in civil and criminal actions maintained by a designated application service provider. This bill has been incorporated into HB 974.
