SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Assault and battery on a campus police officer. Adds campus police officers appointed pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 17 (§ 23-232 et seq.) of Title 23 to the list of officers who, when victims of assault and battery, subject the perpetrator to enhanced punishment, a Class 6 felony instead of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
