SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Southwest Regional Recreation Authority; civil penalties. Creates the Southwest Regional Recreation Authority Fund. Civil penalties collected by the Southwest Regional Recreation Authority will be paid into this fund, to be used solely for the purposes of administration and enforcement of the rules promulgated by the board of the Authority. This bill further allows any locality within the Southwest Regional Recreation Area to allocate a specified portion of civil penalties paid for violations of local ordinances to the Southwest Regional Recreation Authority Fund.
