SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; review of Statement of Economic Interests by Ethics Advisory Panel.  The Ethics Advisory Panel for each house shall review the Statement of Economic Interests filed by each member for its respective house on an annual basis. If the Statement is found to be inadequate, the Panel shall notify the Committee on Privileges and Elections for the appropriate house.
