SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Bullying at school punishable as assault and battery. Provides that any person who engages in the bullying, harassment, and intimidation of a student on school property, on a school bus, or at a school-sponsored activity shall be subject to punishment for assault pursuant to § 18.2-57.
