SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; establishment of a General Assembly Ethics Review Panel. Establishes one five-member Review Panel in place of the present separate House and Senate Ethics Advisory Panels. The Panel will investigate complaints of violations of the GACOIA, and its proceedings following its preliminary investigation will be public. This bill has been incorporated into HB 655 (Armstrong).
