SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
General Assembly Conflicts of Interests Act; knowing violations. Clarifies that a member of the General Assembly commits a knowing violation of the Act if he should have known that his conduct violated the provisions of the Act. This bill has been incorporated into HB 655 (Armstrong).
