SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE: (all summaries)
Donations by localities; energy efficiency. Provides that a locality may make gifts and donations to any nonprofit organization that is engaged in providing energy efficiency services or promoting energy efficiency within or without the boundaries of the locality. This bill is identical to SB 291.
